I had an amazing vacation at Now Amber Puerto Vallarta with my family. The resort is smaller and feels more relaxed than mega-hotels, perfect for a family-friendly experience. We enjoyed some excellent activities, especially the tennis lessons for both adults and kids. However, the dining could use improvement, as some meals were hit or miss. The staff was generally great, though service varied in terms of enthusiasm.
We had a mixed experience at this resort. While the kids club was fantastic and offered great activities, the noise levels were unbearable, making it difficult to relax. The dining options were limited and not family-friendly, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn't the getaway we hoped for, and we likely won't return.

We just returned from an unforgettable trip and can't wait to go back! The hotel was spotlessly clean with a plethora of options. The staff, especially Humberto and Jaime, were incredible and always anticipated our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only hiccup we faced was the pricey charge for moving flowers post-ceremony, which seemed unnecessary.
